Just placed an order, when does my first package ship?
We ship your first package within 1 week after you place your initial order. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info which will let you know exactly when you can expect your Puff A Month cigars. If you haven’t received a tracking email within a week of your order, be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
Does every Puff A Month member get the same cigars each month?
Multiple variations of each package get sent out every month, so chances are you may not get the exact same cigars as someone you know. If you don’t get a particular item that someone you know may have received, that doesn’t mean that you won’t still have the chance to get it in a future package. We know our members love to show off the contents of our packages, so this allows us to keep the mystery of what’s inside your Puff A Month cigar package active.
How do I manage my subscription?
Need to pause, cancel or switch your subscription? Managing your account is easy! As soon as you subscribe, you will receive an email prompting you to create a password which you can use to login and manage your account. Once you’re in your account, you’ll be able to cancel, pause or switch your subscription. You can even skip a month if you'd like. If you pre-paid in advance for a multi-month subscription, you can cancel at any time and still receive every box that you are owed.
